Straight answers on Honolulu logistics, enquire-to-book, and what we will not invent.
Frequently asked questions
Is Honolulu the same as Oahu?+
Oahu is the island. Honolulu is the cruise-port identity for this site. Plan pickup and schedule around Honolulu Harbor — not a vague “Oahu day.”
Is Pearl Harbor where my ship docks?+
No. Pearl Harbor is an excursion destination. Your ship’s schedule identity is Honolulu. We plan return buffers around the harbor call.
Do you offer instant online booking?+
No. We use enquire-to-book. You send ship date and guest details; we confirm partner supply and timing by email. No payment is taken at enquiry.
Are the prices on product pages final?+
Listed retail figures are a guide only. Reconfirm when you enquire — partner rates and inclusions can change.
Where is the ship schedule?+
Verified Honolulu calls will appear on the ship schedule page after official PortCall acquisition. We do not publish placeholder rows or invent Pier 2 / Pier 11 berths. Until then, use Find my cruise in manual mode.
Do you guarantee return to the ship?+
No. We plan with return buffers in mind and confirm timing when we reply, but we do not claim a guaranteed return-to-ship.
How do I contact you?+
Email hello@oahushoreexcursions.com or use the enquire form. We do not publish a public phone number on this site.
